| We have more than 40 years of experience in wood,
fiberglass, steel, and aluminum construction. |

| We are situated
on 30 acres on the Tuckahoe River, accessed by 12, 75 and 200 ton travel lifts, and a 600
ton marine railway. We have docking facilities which include seven berthing areas 65
to 100 feet in length, and our facility offers approximately 18,000 square feet of
enclosed building space for repairs and new construction of vessels up to 150 feet.
We have now expanded our
services to include marine engine and generator sales and service with
the purchase and relocation of
Jersey Diesel LLC
to our
Dorchester Yard. Jersey Diesel, a marine diesel engine/generator
sales and service company, was started in 1989 and acquired by Yank
Marine in 2006. |

architecture and marine engineering services are also available to handle all new build and
repair projects for both commercial and CG inspected vessels. |
